This review is for Fiorenzano as well as Tripperia Fiorenzano. I believe they are 2 different restaurants since you pay at each place separately.
Tripperia Fiorenzano
I was taking a food tour of Napoli in the Spanish Quarter and just as we started the tour I noticed this place. I am always down to try new food or something different so I asked about this place. It wasn't included in the tour but the tour guide said we could try it we wanted. I was the only person out of the group of 5 people who wanted to try it and I'm glad I did.
Here you have offals, only boiled with salt and lemon. Tripe (stomach), snout, feet, intestines (chittlins), etc. I've had them all before but only boiled in salt and lemon? I really was amazed at how much flavor there was. And perfectly tender, not chewy at all. I really liked it and ate it all. The tour guide said she would take it home to her boyfriend if I didn't like it but I was like no, I'm eating it all.
I really wished I could have this available to eat in the states at a reasonable price.

A great place to try authentic Napoli street food. Great food at reasonable prices. Not many tourists around when I was there just Napolitanos. You eat at tables standing up observing people going about their business. I love street food and I came back twice more while I was in Napoli. Oh the joy in just grabbing a suppli or arancini as a snack while you are out and about. Once again I wish we had street food like this back home.
Food is delicious! Prices are very reasonable. Our guide showed us this place, and we came back 2 times.
Really enjoyed the Tripe de Insalata. Simply dressed with salt and lemon juice. It was the first time eating Cow Udder and the different types of stomach were delicious. The service was fantastic and we managed to communicate in my non existent Italian and the gents broken English. A really vibrant setup at the standing tables watching the hustle and bustle of Via Pignasecca, washing it all down with a beer.
The food is good street food. A lot of interesting fried items that are tasty and nice sandwiches. You can also get a quick beer here as well. There isn’t any seating, but they have tables you can stand at. Really cheap and quick meal, and very Neapolitan — you will feel like a local eating here, as you stand beside a busy, bustling walking street.
We had seafood mix for 7€. Only standing tables, in style of fastfood, but very popular as we can see. Good quality for small prices
⁉️ In brief: the food was very good but not the best I've ever tried. The place doesn't have seats burningly little tables so be prepared for a fast-food experience.
Fried food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ You have to be lucky and find something that was just prepared, because as the time pass the flavour vanish and it only remains a very heavy food. Otherwise the food is amazing.
A plus, you'll have a wide range to chose from.
Price ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ it really depends on what you'll buy but it will be hard for a normal person to spend more than 5€ (excluding beverage).
⁉️You can pay also with card but only from 5€ and up.
Quality/price NO RATING in this case I prefer not to give my rating because I can't say whether or not the quality compared to other restaurants is good enough for the price paid.
Place ⭐⭐ apart from being right outside the historical center there isn't anything good in the location. You have to eat in the middle of the street with many people passing through and also standing, also there are only 3 little tables.
Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐ the serving guy was very funny and joyful.
The food ia fresh and very crispy, there is another shop like this one but I prefer this one because the food is better.
I had a lampredotto sandwich. It was fantastic! What a wonderful surprise to find this gem amidst the chaos of Napoli. And to be honest, it was better than the lampredotto that I had in Florence.
